With over 40 years of experience, John Goalwin is one of our renowned attorneys at TCB. John a personal injury and criminal defence attorney, has been practicing law since 1976 after his studies at UCLA and Glendale Law School & Admitted to the Bar 1976. As well as provide continuing counsel and guidance on many types of legal matters and their legal implications of importance to my clients in corporate formation and transactions.

Jim has 25 years experience in successfully helping clients with asset protection legal matters. He’s a lawyer who speaks tech in plain language. He is patient and thorough. Solon Phillips graduated from American University Washington College of Law as a Dean’s Fellow, Marshall-Brennan Fellow, and a member of the Journal of Gender, Policy, and the Law. He holds his Juris Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Solon served as an intern for the Honorable Steven Platt at the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County. Before becoming a partner with Remus Law, he worked for some of the largest law firms in Washington, DC, gathering eight years of experience with Skadden Arps and another nine years with Arnold & Porter.
He has an experienced legal professional with extensive experience working in large law firms while devoting much of his spare time in volunteer work in public service.
